Graphics must be installed in an indoor facility that’s heated or cooled to a normal temperature to ensure proper techniques are followed for the longest lasting graphics. Dirty vehicles are subject to additional charges upon installation date.

Your vehicle graphics can last between 6-8 years depending on material and environment. Smith Graphics will work with you on durability expectations and ensure the proper materials are used.

Smith Graphics has in-house designers ready to work with you on your company’s graphic design reguardless of the vehicle/application. Customers can also provide their own print ready artwork or assets for print if they so wish.

Pantone is a world-renowned authority on color, producing a standardized Pantone Matching System that allows individuals to reproduce colors exactly, regardless of their equipment or location. Smith Graphics will match a customer specified pantone to the best possible match before production. When color is of upmost importance for a project, Smith Graphics will provide an in-person sample for the customer to review and sign-off on before production. Depending on the size of the vehicle or complexity of the install, vehicle wraps/ graphics can take anywhere from 4 hours to 4 days. Smith Graphics will give you an accurate timeline after confirmation of order and production approval.

Proper cleaning techniques are important to ensure a long lifespan of vehicle graphics. Vinyl wraps may be run through car washes. Touch-less car washes are the best for graphic care. Use of brush car washes may cause dulling/scratching/lifting edge of the graphics. Smith Graphics recommends all customers hand wash their vehicles with mild water pressure and special vinyl soaps.
